Dear Mr. Gerard:1explanatory note

Our architect is Mr. Edward T. Potter, 56 Wall st., N. Y., up stairs. He has drawings. He also knows of a picture of the house which appeared in a Boston architectural journal 12 or 15 months ago—name I’ve forgotten.2explanatory note

I have some photographs of the house, but they are not very satisfactory. New Will you have them, or would you prefer to wait for some new ones which are soon to be taken?

Very Truly Yrs
