Will you place this cuss’s name & address alongside Chatto’s, & order “simultane” sheets to be sent to him & Chatto at the same time—when there are any?

I hoped he wouldn’t bother any more about these things, but as I promised him I suppose I must keep my word—not as creating a precedent, but for the novelty of it.
