Dear Osgood—

Have just arrived. Yes, I agree to the soundness of your construction of the Canadian matter. So you can go ahead & set up the types for Canada whenever you please.

I will go to Canada when notified.

Now what steps must I take to make that bona fide transfer to Chatto. & W.Only a mere piece of paper, like any other bill of sale, I suppose? Draw me up one, & I will sign it & send it through you to Chatto.

I may run up to Boston Thursday of this or early next week.
