To the Hop Managersemendation:—

I do not know that I can be there in the body, but I shall be there in spirit anyway—&emendation that is an advantage, because I can dance better in the spirit than I can in the body; though perhaps I am at my best when the two are combined &emendation I have the spirit in the body, provided it is the right kind of spirit & emendationa good deal of it. With many thanks, I am, truly yours,

S. L. Clemensemendation.
