OVER

at a meeting of the directors of the susquehanna and south western railroad company, held at clearfield, pa., january 11th, a. d. 1883, the following resolution was adopted, viz:

that the assessments or calls upon the stockholders be and the same are hereby made upon the capital stock as follows, viz: ten per cent. payable february 10th; ten per cent. payable march 10th, and ten per cent. payable april 10th, 1883, to be paid to the treasurer, c. vanderbilt, at his office, in the grand central depot, in the city of new york.

i hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of the resolution adopted, as appears from the minutes of said meeting.
