i inclose a letter asking price of some texas land. there hasemendation been six or seven of these applications within the past four months, therefore it means something. keep the address of this county by you, and when you get a chance see if you can find out what is going on there, and what the value of the land probably is.


asemendation to raymond, i wish you would just make a note of how many times he plays that piece during his new york engagement, so that i can have the matter to refer to in case i wish to bounce him in the future.
