We are having such lovely weather, Mr we are just sending off a dispatch to know if you can’t come & visit us—We are all well & if you could come now it seems as if we (That is as far as Livy got—a visitor has called her off; & as I have telephoned for a District messenger to come & take these letters to the mail, I’ll not wait for her to finish what she was going to say, but leave you to guess it. I judge she was going to say “seems as if we should regard that as the very highest favor Heaven could vouchsafe us.” To which I add, Amen. .
